Absentee Bid Form
 

Vision Equipment and Auction Company, Inc. will accept absentee bids with a 50% deposit until 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time on the day before the auction.  By submitting this form the customer is agreeing to all terms and conditions as set forth at the bottom of this page.  No bid is accepted without payment in advance as set forth in the same terms and conditions at the bottom of this page.

In order for your bids to be accepted, we must have a credit card number on file.  If you are the successful bidder payment can be arranged by other means than a credit card.  Please provide the following information:

Absentee Bid Terms and Conditions

Buyer agrees to be responsible for the removal and shipment of purchased items from the auction location within the amount of time as set forth during the announcements by the auctioneer on sale day.

Buyer agrees to make payment by credit card, wire transfer or overnight delivery of certified funds in order for absentee bid to be accepted and full balance by one of the same methods immediately upon notification of winning bid.

Certified checks should be made payable to Vision Equipment and Auction Company.

All absentee bids must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. eastern time on the day before the auction.

Notification of successful bids will be made within 24 hours of auction close.
