Ecommerce Assistant – Ebay Product Lister

Job brief:
Vision Equipment and Auction Company, Inc., a worldwide supplier of fixtures and equipment to the foodservice industry, is looking for the right candidate to fill a job position. We are looking for a full-time or part-time assistant for our Vision Equipment e-commerce operations. Applicants should be able to work well independently, and in a small team, for a smooth and continuous workflow of daily operations. Strong knowledge of the ebay platform is preferred to list items for sale online. We enjoy our work environment and are looking for a positive attitude in all potential candidates.




  • Responsibilities: (may include but are not limited to)
    • Photographing inventory to be listed on ebay and other online selling platforms
    • Basic photo editing • Listing & describing Foodservice Equipment and Supplies
    • Work independently to complete all tasks for the day
    • Handle information gathering through databases and online research.
    • Performs data entry of items into our backend inventory system.
    • Review related online listings for information accuracy.

  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Knowledge of selling on eBay is a plus but not required
    • Attention to detail is a must to minimize listing errors
    • Basic Photography and Editing Skills preferred
    • Willingness to learn

  • Job specifics:
    • Full time at 37 hours per week (Closed Friday - Sunday)
    • Potential for increased hours based on performance
    • Starting pay will be $16/ hour + Per Listing Bonus Over Weekly Quota, with additional room for growth.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Email Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing our CRM strategy and email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing, sales and customer service teams to ensure that our customer base is engaged and retained. You will develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, generate leads and build customer loyalty. You must have extensive knowledge and experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software and best practices. Responsibilities


• Develop and manage CRM strategies, campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement.
• Design and implement strategies to build and maintain loyal customer relationships.
• Create and manage digital content, including email marketing, social media posts, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust as needed.
• Work with the owners to align marketing and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as in-house sales, to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new marketing technologies and techniques.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Create and manage marketing budgets and forecasts.
• Design and develop customer segmentation strategies.
• Maintain and monitor customer databases.

Preferred skills


• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for various channels.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, Google Ads
• Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience analyzing data
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Proven experience as a CRM and Email Marketing Manager
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and CRM best practice
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
