When taking a look at the internal components of the HeyCafe HC-600 2.0 On-Demand espresso grinder, you’ll find 64mm burrs made of flat, hardened steel. These burrs has a massive lifespan of 3300+ pounds of ground coffee and offer tremendous particle uniformity to ensure that you won’t need to dial-in your espresso again and again, saving time and precious coffee. The cast aluminum material that makes up the body of the grinder aides in this by way of optimizing heat transfer away from the coffee grounds, keeping the burrs from overheating and changing the size of the coffee particles. A vertical grounds chute helps to keep retention to an absolute minimum and delivers consistency, dose after dose. Finally, universal portafilter forks allow for hands-free grinding while you focus on other tasks.
