Hobart SDPE Description
The Hobart SDPE salad dryer extends the shelf life of salad greens by as long as 3 days. It removes excess water from vegetables, preserving their freshness. This unit’s tub accommodates approximately 16 heads of lettuce, so users can prepare a whole case of lettuce simultaneously.
This Hobart SDPE-11 salad dryer’s inner tub spins at 406 RPM. Water that is removed from its contents is drained through an extension tube that can go straight into a floor drain or into a container. For unit durability during heavy use, it has a polyethylene body with a stainless steel motor splashguard. Casters enhance mobility to convenient positions around the kitchen.
