The Cecilware Pro GCP24 commercial gas griddle is suited for steakhouses, burger joints, or breakfast eateries where grilled foods are most customer orders. It is constructed of stainless steel to withstand scrapes and dings from spatulas and knives, and it resists corrosion and rust. The plate is one-inch-thick steel and, although it takes longer to heat than a thinner plate, it also keeps that heat longer.
This Cecilware Pro GCP24 countertop griddle is heated by two stainless steel burners that emit 30,000 BTU apiece. Controls are manual, so users can set them as desired. A smooth plate surface simplifies cleaning to wiping the plate periodically. The griddle is lifted above the counter by 13⁄4-inch legs so kitchen staff can clean under it.
