The Hobart HSF5 is a 15 KW single-compartment countertop convection steamer designed for commercial kitchens, offering pressure less steam cooking at 205°F for efficient and consistent results. The Hobart HSF5 is robust and suitable for high-demand foodservice operations, providing efficient and consistent steaming for a variety of foods. Place food in perforated pans, close the door to start steaming, open door interrupts the process.
