This stainless-steel cheese slicer features a sturdy base that will stand up to the tough conditions of a commercial setting. The cutter has a 24″ long wire attached to a pulley system that guides it for smooth cutting of cheese every time. The stainless-steel cheese slicer features a specially designed ergonomic handle that unscrews easily for quick wire replacement. In addition, each order comes with a pack of 12 replacement wires that is included for added convenience of future replacement. We also offer additional replacement wires for sale under Hubert® Replacement Wires for Cheese Slicer which you can purchase separately. This cheese slicer is also certified which makes it safe for food contact.
