The DC-2SSE is a 31-7/8″ wide, insulated ice cream dipping cabinet from Master-Bilt with a self-contained refrigeration system that has 5.2 cubic feet of space that can display (3) 3-gallon cans and store (1) 3 gallon can. The walls of this insulated ice cream dipping cabinet are insulated with foamed-in-place zero ODP polyurethane insulation.
This insulated ice cream dipping cabinet features a stainless-steel exterior, galvanized steel interior, and a stainless-steel top.
Anti-condensate heaters under the top lid reduce condensation in high temperature environments.
A cold-wall evaporator on this insulated ice cream dipping cabinet keeps the compartment temperature range between 10 to -10 degrees F.
