The Winco Benchmark 54016 is a multi-function stainless steel countertop pizza oven, that has an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 90°F-550°F. This unit also comes with 3″ adjustable legs, which allow for easy cleaning in the area where the oven is placed.

The 54016 features separate controls for top and bottom heating, giving this model salamander, baker, or oven options. It also has a convenient “stay on” feature that keeps the oven on, eliminating start-up time in busy kitchens. Unlike ordinary counter top ovens, the fully insulated stainless steel cabinet will not reach an outside temperature of over 150°F, thereby reducing the possibility of accidental burns.
