The ceramic glass surface on the Winco EIC-400E countertop induction cooktop is high-impact-resistant and detects pans automatically for operation. It has a 180-minute timer to ensure precise cooking for low simmering to rolling boils, and users can adjust power level from 1 to 10 on the touch control panel. The body is made of stainless steel, so it will survive wear and tear in a commercial kitchen.
