When the 22-quart capacity of the Winco PCSC-22C square storage container is full, the built-on handles ease carrying and transporting raw and cooked ingredients through the kitchen. It is made of polycarbonate—a durable material that resists temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Because it’s clear, users can see the contents inside without having to physically walk over to the container and look from the top. To monitor how much product is left, it has graduated markings on the side displayed in both liters and quarts.
