The 500-TH/III is a 19″ wide, electric undercounter low temperature Halo Heat cook and hold oven from Alto-Shaam that has 1 compartment with the capacity for 40 lb. and 4 full-size pans (NOT INCLUDED). The cook and hold oven has a heavy-duty stainless-steel exterior.

The deluxe controls on this cook and hold oven includes a LED display, On/Off button, cook temperature button (200 -325 degrees F), a cook time control button (1 minute – 24 hours), a probe control button and hold temperature button. There are also 8 programmable menu buttons, a hold mode count-up timer, and indicator lights for operation status.
