Its lower-profile design features cut-outs that allow meat to be inserted closer to the blades for faster, easier operation, while plastic guides inside its translucent guard reduce unintentional folding.
To guarantee quick and easy cleaning after use, the Hobart 403-1 meat tenderizer features a burnished aluminum housing, a set of knife-cleaning combs, and a lift-out unit frame.
