The mixer has a metallic gray and black finish and features a control panel on the side that enables operators to control the speed. This mixer has three fixed speeds of 76, 126, and 247 revolutions per minute.

The Hobart HMM10-1STD planetary mixer comes with a stainless-steel bowl boasting a 10-quart capacity. To ease the physical strain on the operator, the mixer features a bowl lift moves the bowl into the proper position. For safety and consistency, the mixer doesn’t work unless the bowl is up and correctly locked into place and the bowl guard is secured.
