Vollrath® 67612 Wear-Ever® 12″ frying pan features a non-stick surface. The non-stick coating will provide longer life style, better food release and faster clean-up. Vollrath® designed their Wear-Ever® fry pans to have a special heat resistant handle that has a unique ergonomic design which will reduce stress and fatigue while reducing heat transfer from pan to handle. These TriVent® silicone handles are rated at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for stovetop or oven use. The handle is attached to the fry pan with low profile rivets that were placed on by Vollrath’s EverTite™ riveting system that will keep the rivets from coming loose. Users will know that they have a high quality product when using 67612 Wear-Ever® fry pans because they are NSF approved.
